Match Slide

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Match Slide mobile application ("App"), developed and published by Little Guy Labs Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Match Slide is a puzzle game provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:
All content in the App — including but not limited to graphics, animations, sounds, text, and code — is the property of Little Guy Labs Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal purposes.
The App may offer optional in-app purchases for cosmetic items. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. In-app purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
Match Slide does not require you to create an account. All game data is stored locally on your device.
We aim to keep the App available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Guy Labs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA) for licensed applications, available at apple.com/legal.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
