These terms apply to the Little Bubbles app ("the app"), published by Little Guy Labs Ltd ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. Please read them with the Privacy Policy.
About the app
Little Bubbles is a calm bubble-popping game made for babies and toddlers, for use under adult supervision. It is intended purely for gentle play and entertainment.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your Apple devices for your family's own, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app.
In-app purchase
The app is free to download. It offers a single optional one-time purchase that unlocks the full game (endless play and the additional worlds). It is not a subscription and is not charged again. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store; the price shown in the app is set by Apple for your region. A "Restore Purchase" option re-enables the unlock on your devices at no extra cost. Purchases are placed behind a parental gate so a child cannot make them without an adult.
Refunds
All purchases are handled by Apple, so refund requests are managed by Apple through your App Store account, in line with Apple's policies. We are not able to process payments or refunds directly.
Supervision of children
The app is designed for young children and should be used with adult supervision. The parental gate is intended to help, but it is not a substitute for supervision; please keep an eye on your child while they play and manage device settings (such as Screen Time and purchase restrictions) as you see fit.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do our best to keep it working well, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Guy Labs Ltd will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Apple's standard terms
Because the app is distributed through the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
