These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Chase X mobile application ("App"), developed and published by Little Guy Labs Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
Chase X is a reaction game provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App
2. Intellectual Property
All content in the App — including but not limited to graphics, animations, sounds, text, and code — is the property of Little Guy Labs Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal purposes.
3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
The App may offer optional in-app purchases, including an auto-renewable subscription to remove advertisements. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
4. Advertising
The App may display advertisements. Advertising may be removed by purchasing the ad-free subscription described above.
5. No Account Required
Chase X does not require you to create an account. All game data is stored locally on your device.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the App available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Guy Labs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Third-Party Terms
Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA) for licensed applications, available at apple.com/legal.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
