Privacy Policy

Chase X is developed and published by Little Guy Labs Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.
1. Data We Collect Directly
We do not collect any personal data ourselves. Chase X does not require an account, does not ask for your name, email, or any other personal information, and we do not run our own analytics. However, the app displays third-party advertising, which involves data handling by our advertising partners — see Section 4.
2. Data Stored on Your Device
The app stores the following data locally on your device to provide core functionality:
- Game statistics — games played, hits, misses, accuracy, and total score
- Best scores — your high score and best streak for each game mode
- Streak data — your current and longest play streaks
- Achievements — which in-game achievements you have unlocked
- Preferences — sound, haptics, reduced-motion, and notification settings
This data is stored using Apple's UserDefaults. It stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
3. Notifications
If you enable Streak Reminders in Settings, Chase X schedules a daily local notification on your device to remind you to play. These notifications are generated entirely on your device — no data is sent to us or any third party. You can turn them off at any time in Settings, or in your device's system settings.
4. Advertising
Chase X is free and supported by advertising. To serve ads, we use third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdMob). These partners may collect and process certain information, including:
- Device identifiers (such as advertising ID) and approximate, non-precise location derived from IP address
- Device and usage information used to deliver and measure ads
Where required by Apple, we will ask for your permission before any tracking that uses your device's advertising identifier; you can also limit ad tracking in your device's privacy settings. Ad partners process data under their own privacy policies — for Google, see policies.google.com/privacy.
You can remove all advertising by purchasing the optional Remove Ads subscription within the app.
5. Children's Privacy
Chase X is intended for a general audience and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because the app shows third-party ads, we encourage parents and guardians to supervise use by children.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Aside from the advertising partners described in Section 4, who process data to serve ads, we do not share data with third parties.
7. Data Deletion
The game data described in Section 2 is stored locally on your device. You can clear your scores, statistics, achievements, and streaks at any time from Settings > About > Reset Progress. To remove all local data entirely, simply delete the app.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
